Tratamiento desde el exterior: cómo se planifica un viaje a AsunciónTreatment from abroad: how a trip to Asunción is planned

1. Evaluación a distancia

Many of the patients who consult us live outside Paraguay or in the interior of the country. In those cases treatment is planned the other way round: the complete plan is defined first and the trip is built around it.
1. Remote assessment
It starts with guided photographs, a video of the smile and any previous studies. That is enough to say what is possible, what is not and what information is missing. It does not replace the clinical examination, but it avoids pointless trips.
2. Plan and quote in writing
Before buying a ticket the patient receives the proposed plan, the number of sessions, the intervals between them and the quote. If the case requires a surgical stage with months of waiting, we say so from the start.
3. Concentrated schedule
Appointments are grouped to make the most of the days in the country: scanning, design and the in-mouth trial can be resolved in the same week because the laboratory works inside the clinic.

4. What can and cannot be accelerated
- Veneers and smile design: resolved within a short stay.
- Whitening: combined without adding days.
- Implants: osseointegration takes months and cannot be shortened.
- Invisible orthodontics: aligners are delivered in stages and monitored by video call.
5. Follow-up after the trip
On returning, the patient receives written instructions and remote check-ups with photographs. If something requires an in-person adjustment, we coordinate with the dentist in their city or at the next visit.
Care in three languages
We work in Spanish, English and Portuguese, and the clinic is at Paseo La Galería, minutes from the centre of Asunción and its main hotels.
